Each year, thousands of people in Michigan are convicted of drunken driving and can suffer long-term consequences, such as lost work, higher insurance costs along with court fines and probation fees.

Also appointed was Democrat Mark Hackel, Macomb, John Rakolta III the son of John Rakolta Jr. of the Walbridge Construction Company involved in the infamous new Wayne County Jail fiasco and other crony dealings.
John Rakolta Jr. also is a partner in the “failed” Raleigh Film Studio that the Michigan taxpayers are now the hook for their missed Bond payments as well as holding a fundraiser for former Democrat Wayne County Executive Bob Ficano.

Snyder uses pardon to erase lawyer’s DUI conviction
He knows the Oakland County man and even corrected a reporter’s pronunciation of Gocha’s name (Go-SHAY’). Gocha said the conviction was a “black cloud” that slowed deals with Wall Street bankers and limited international travel. 
I bet many convicted of drunk driving would like to “clear” up this conviction especially when it cost those with that conviction dearly in yearly insurance cost along with the court cost associated with a conviction such as this…
“I would really like to clean up a terrible mistake that I made,” he told the board in 2014. Gocha gave $26,500 to political action committees from 2011 through 2013. Gocha has connections to ETC Capital gave $275,000 to the RGA in October 2013, the group gave $276,000 to the Michigan Republican Party.
